Karl Storz

The Karl Storz expansion project was to take an existing and unused 86,500 square foot warehouse space next to Karl Storz existing space, and upgrade it so that it can be used as additional distribution and storage for Customer Returns. The project consisted of a complete cosmetic overhaul with painting all the walls and the entire ceiling of the warehouse. Additionally, we installed a complete lighting upgrade with all new LED Low Bay lights, installed two motorized rolling fire doors, and a motorized double door for the clean room. The interior buildout was fairly straightforward with updating the existing bathrooms with new tile and fixtures, adding a new ADA bathroom with a shower, a new Janitor closet with mop sink, and 3 - IT Closets throughout the space. The exterior of the building was largely unchanged, other than some minor paint, however we added an exterior concrete ramp at loading dock for parcel van deliveries.
