Creative Nails

The space was originally occupied by a large real estate company and had a ceiling height of only 9'. This made it very difficult to create the cathedral ceiling that the owners desired. We began the construction by removing all of the existing interior partitions, suspended ceilings, plumbing systems, and electrical systems. We then removed the entire existing roof and framing over the new space and added a new roof and ceiling system. This created a new vaulted 16’ high cathedral ceiling area, which was exactly what the owners wanted. The renovated interior includes a lower level spa and first floor nail salon with customized architectural details.
