Chestnut Hill

Originally a 1200 square foot, 3-bedroom split level style home with a one car garage built in 1949, this Chestnut Hill renovation project was originally started by another contractor who was unable to complete it. When Prime took over, the roof had been removed with the entire house left open to the elements. The 2 tons of structural steel required to achieve the proposed open floor plan was left sitting in the front yard. Much of the work done by the previous contractor had to be removed and redone.

Construction took eight months to complete. The end result was a modern 3,424 square foot home with 4 bedrooms, 5 full baths, a 2-car garage, professional quality appliances, custom cabinets with quartz countertops, custom finishes throughout and 3 high efficiency HVAC systems. The final sale price was $1,615,000.
