This facility in Walpole, MA was an existing machine shop and manufacturing facility that had been in operation since the 1960's and set to be home to a Medical Manufacturing and Distribution company. We completed a complete renovation of an existing 12,000 square foot building consisting of two floors of office space and 8,000 SF of Warehouse space. The office space was completely gutted and renovated which included the addition of 4 Private Offices, a large Conference Room, a full kitchen and kitchenette, cubicle space, and a second floor open training space. The Warehouse space was completely redone as well which included adding a new 10' Dock Door, Epoxy Flooring Throughout, full warehouse racking/shelving, secure storage space, and a Medical Device testing room (Saw Bones Room). The building received a new electrical service, full sprinkler service, and completely new HVAC system throughout. The Exterior of the building received a complete overhaul with new paint, a new driveway, and landscaping around the entire property.
