Women's Health - Worcester, MA
This four-story building was originally constructed in the early 1900’s as an Ice cream factory and was made of thick concrete and steel. Most recently, the space was used for mental health services for a local hospital and was made up of private clinical offices and administrative spaces. The building was set up for a single tenant use. The new owners asked us to construct the lower level and 1st floor for their clinics and renovate the 2nd and 3rd floors for leasing. The project was done in three phases of converting the first two floors for the owners and creating additional medical and professional offices to include 15 bathrooms, an ultrasound room, 2 mammography rooms, 4 reception areas, 4 waiting rooms, 3 labs, a nurses' station and 24 exam rooms.
